Account Manager

ICED Media seeks an independent, authoritative, passionate, and experienced Account Manager. Responsibilities: The Account Manager will be ultimately accountable for ensuring successful creation, management, and delivery of long-term digital strategy and innovative campaigns. The position requires supervision of a Community Manager, and cross-disciplinary verticals and will support various brands under the client umbrella. Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise Community Managers
  • Effectively Assign, Delegate, Coordinate, & Monitor Client Needs
  • Lead Strategy & Ideation Sessions w/ Multi-Disciplinary Team
  • Develop Digital Marketing Plans to Support Long-Term Strategy

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to three years of agency and management experience (with direct reports) in Account Management and a proven track record of building client relationships, supporting long-term marketing strategies, launching successful campaigns, and delivering measurable results. Junior Community Manager

ICED Media seeks a full-time junior community manager for premiere consumer packaged goods/health-food brands. We are seeking a top-quality candidate with excellent social media skills, digital communication skills, and organizational skills.  
  • Daily engagement, supervision and management of brand’s Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest & Instagram platforms
  • Manage daily communication of brands by scheduling posts/content provided by team members
  • Respond to consumer questions/messages in the voice of the brand and in a timely manner
  • Compile weekly and monthly analytics reporting documents with key findings and highlights
  • Prepare monthly conversation calendars reports, compiling images and content provided for brand communication
  • Must get to know the communities – identify ‘super fans’, brand advocates’ etc.
  • Participate in conference calls and meetings as needed
  • Respond promptly to requests from Account Manager and Community Manager and take action as needed
  • Brainstorm creative platform ideas with ICED Media team to enhance platform investment
  • Monitor and continue to explore new social media trends, implement when needed
  • Attend brand-related events, when needed
